Airport transfers and point-to-point rides are quoted as a flat rate for the trip. Weddings, wine tours, meeting days and nights out are booked hourly with a minimum, so your chauffeur and vehicle stay with you between stops. The rates below are base rates: gratuity, a fuel surcharge and tax are added on top, as set out further down. Either way, we confirm the full total before you book.

Yes. Pickups between 11:30 pm and 6 am carry a $25 after-hours fee. There is no surge pricing and no holiday surcharge.
Wait time is free for 60 minutes at airports and 15 minutes everywhere else. After that it is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate in 30-minute blocks.
An airport pickup fee of $10, $25 for a meet and greet at baggage claim, $25 each for additional stops, the after-hours fee for pickups between 11:30 pm and 6 am, extra wait time beyond the free allowance, and parking and tolls at cost.
The minimum covers preparing the vehicle and driving to your first stop and back from your last. Sedans and SUVs have a 3-hour minimum; Sprinter minimums depend on the area, from 3 hours around Sunnyvale, San Jose and Palo Alto to 6 hours for Napa, Sonoma and Pebble Beach.
No. Our rates do not change with demand the way rideshare pricing does, and there is no holiday surcharge.
