Start with comfortable capacity
A vehicle's listed capacity is the maximum number of seats, not the number of people who will be comfortable for an hour with luggage. As a rule of thumb, plan for a little below the maximum when trips are long or bags are large.
Matching vehicle to group size
SUVs such as the Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban suit up to six guests. A Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 13 (executive) or 14 (limousine), with luggage space. Larger groups can use mini coaches and coaches, or several vehicles. See the fleet for capacities.
One vehicle or several?
One larger vehicle keeps everyone on the same schedule with one chauffeur and one pickup plan. Several smaller vehicles work better when guests start from different places or need to leave at different times.
Luggage, equipment and stops
Airport groups, golf trips and event teams carry more than you expect. Tell us about bags and equipment when you request a quote. For itineraries with several stops, hourly service is usually simpler than a string of separate transfers.
What to have ready for a quote
The number of guests, luggage, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, and any stops in between. With that, we can recommend a vehicle and confirm the total.
